This logo was done for the Haifa Club of Intellectual Games (a kind of international Russian-language Master Mind; Haifa hosts many strong crews). Due to bureaucratic reasons, it is still not accepted as the official logo, as far as I know. Design-wise, it’s a peculiar combination of the Shield of David, symbol of Israel, with Athena’s owl, traditional symbol of wisdom.
