Kethriss and Tanami, merfolk and sea dragon.

One distinguishing feature in this illustration was designing a clearly aquatic dragon. Another was the light and color scheme. I did my best to depict the ethereal blue light of a shallow tropical sea on a bright sunny day, at depth of about thirty feet.
